Following that, students were divided into small groups for interactive breakout sessions, where skilled facilitators led discussions on the opportunities and challenges in STEM.
Each of the facilitators shared their personal experiences to inspire and connect with the students, while also emphasizing the value of education, emotional intelligence, health, and career development. They encouraged students to prioritize their well-being, make informed life decisions, manage their emotions, and explore a variety of career options.

After the breakout session, all the facilitators and the students came together for an interactive Q&A session where topics like financial literacy, career planning, and saving culture were explored. Prof. Mrs. Mercy Badu especially advised the students to save more in their youthful days rather than mismanage resources. Also, students were urged to break down barriers imposed by social norms and to embrace failure as a means of personal development. Resilience, mentorship, and determination were emphasized by Dr. Mrs. Gifty Boakye Appiah and Rev. Mrs. Bernice Peasah.
